Foraya finds prospects, builds concept websites, and runs booking and messaging for its workspace clients. This page covers the Foraya app and the messaging platform behind it — not an individual client’s site, which has its own privacy policy.
To run the outreach and site-building process for our workspace clients, to operate booking and messaging on their sites, and to improve the platform.
If you press “Tell me when it opens” on foraya.ai, we keep your email address, the time you signed up, and which version of the sign-up wording you saw. We use them only to email you when Foraya opens. We do not sell the list or share it for anyone else’s use. It is stored by our database and hosting providers on our behalf. The list does not keep your IP address. Our basis for using it is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time at the removal page or by writing to the address below. We delete each address 12 months after sign-up if Foraya has not opened by then, and delete the list within 30 days after we announce the opening. You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at any time. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging consent is not shared with any third party.
