Foraya, operated by Gorsar Technologies
Your workspace account is for your business’s use of Foraya to find prospects, build and manage client sites, and handle their bookings and messaging. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish through the platform, and for having the right to use any content you upload.
If you visit or book through a website built with Foraya, your information is handled by that business, with Foraya operating the site and its messaging as their service provider. See that site’s own privacy policy and terms, linked at the bottom of the page.
Program. Gorsar Technologies sends SMS text messages through its Foraya platform on behalf of the local businesses that use it (the business named in each message). Messages are: appointment confirmations and reminders for appointments you booked on the business's website; one reply when your call to the business was not answered; and one request for a review after a completed appointment.
Opt-in. You agree to receive these messages by checking the consent box on the business's booking form, or by calling the business and hearing the notice that a reply will be sent by text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies by your bookings and calls. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact the business at the phone number shown on its website.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US carriers.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging consent is not shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.
